Set in 2 acres of stunning tropical gardens, with 3 open air ‘pavilion style’ buildings, the stylish Red Bridge Restaurant is ideal for a relaxed meal or casual function.Traditional and contemporary Vietnamese food, friendly staff and enthusiastic chefs have made Red Bridge a popular stop for visitors to Hoi An. Use of fresh herbs from the restaurants own garden, seafood from the nearby sea, and fruit and vegetables from local growers deliver fresh and crisp flavors.

Our guide and driver will come to meet you at your hotel in Hoian around 8:30am and start the day by a welcome drink at Hai Café (meeting point- 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc) then visit of the Hoi An’s colorful market, experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. There is an opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learning about all the ingredients used in the cooking lesson later.
Board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School.
On arrival, explore the cooking school’s herb garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before you prepare the same dish on your own. After the lesson, try what you have cooked. Return to your hotel around 1:30pm.
