Hue, the Ancient Capital of Vietnam for more than 100 years is one of the major highlights for all Vietnam tours. Hue is not only well known for its romantic city along with Perfume River, ancient Citadel, splendid Royal tombs, typical garden houses and local markets but also famous for its tasty foods. This half day culinary tour will give you an unforgettable experience with Hue cuisines.

You will be met at your hotel in Hue around 8:00am then to take a cyclo ride to Dong Ba Market for purchasing food stuff for your cooking class. There are many stalls selling fresh vegetables, meats, and fishes that you can interact with local sellers and learn how to bargain when buying things in a local market. Back to our cyclo and continue to Toa Kham Wharf where you will embark on the King Dragon boat to go along the Perfume River toward Hen Islet at 09.30am. The cooking lesson lasts about 02 hours. Our chef will show you how is the correct preparation of each dish before you yourself prepare under his guidance. Below menu is our sample for the cooking class. After the class, you will enjoy your “effort” lunch and take the copy of the recipes that you have cooked before our cruise ends at Toa Kham wharf where our cyclo returns you to your hotel around 1:00pm.
