Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Welcome upon arrive in Noi Bai airport, transfer to hotel for check in. Free and leisure time. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Cooking Class - City Tour (B, L)
Morning you will start your first Vietnam food tour by attending the Hoa Sua cooking school and then go shopping at the local market to buy some herbs and spices. A cooking lesson is followed by lunch. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Hue - Cooking Class (B, L, D)
Morning flight to Hue . A tour of the city and surrounds will give you the opportunity to take in the main tourist attractions such as Forbidden Purple City, Thien Mu Pagoda and Royal Tomb. Tonight, you will not only learn how to cook the dinner but also how to decorate dishes, which is the finishing touch in Vietnamese food stuffs. Overnight in Hue.

Day 4: Hue - Hoian (B, L)
Drive to Hoi An passing over the Hai Van pass. On arrival, a short orientation tour includes Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Temple and Phung Hung Ancient House. Free for shopping. Overnight in Hoian.

Meet up your Chef at the hotel and visit Hoi An‘s colorful market by bicycle. You will purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking class. Discover the cooking school‘s herb and vegetable garden. A cooking lesson is followed by your effort lunch. In the afternoon, you will get transferred to visit Myson holy land, which was a site of religious ceremony for kings of the ruling dynasties of Champa, as well as a burial place for Cham royalty and national heroes. It was closely associated with the nearby Cham cities of Indrapura and Simhapura. At one time, the site encompassed over 70 temples as well as numerous stele bearing historically important inscriptions in Sanskrit and Cham. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 6: Hoian - Nha Trang (B, L)
After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang airport for a short flight to Nha Trang, where is one of the most favorite Vietnam beach tours. On arrival, you will visit Ponogar Tower, Long Son Pagoda and Ocean Institute. Rest of the day is at your own pace. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Free for swimming or being at your own activities. Overnight in Nha Trang.

Day 9: Nha Trang - Dalat (B, L)
A scenic drive up to the former French Resort area of Da Lat. There will be opportunities to stop for taking photos along the way. On arrival, an afternoon city tour includes Crazy House, Love Valley, Train Station and Bao Dai Palace. Overnight in Dalat.

Day 10: Dalat Cooking Class (B, L)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your day with a fun filled cooking demonstration followed by eating what you have created. Rest of the day is free on your own. Overnight in Dalat.

Day 11: Dalat - Ho Chi Minh (B, L)
Morning flight to Ho Chi Minh formerly known as Saigon. You will take a half day tour of Saigon including Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, Remnant War Museum, China Town and Thien Hau pagoda. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 12: Saigon Cooking Class - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)
Morning attend a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese cuisine followed by lunch. In th afternoon you will visit Cu Chi Tunnels which is 70km North West of down town of Saigon. The Cu Chi Tunnels system was created around 1948 to assist Viet Minh in their combat with the French. Building continued over the next 25 years until it was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been opened up for visitors. Return Saigon in late afternoon. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 13: Saigon - Mekong Delta (B, L)
Depart to the delta town of Ben Tre, the closest one from Saigon. You will board a small boat to start touring a region known as Vietnam’s rice bowl. Your boat arrives at an artisan factory where workers process coconuts by separating their oil, flesh and husks to be used in products like matting and candy. Learn how it all works. Continue your cruise along the Mekong River. After lunch, take in the river scenery as you return to Ben Tre and then back to Saigon in late afternoon. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 14: Saigon Departure
Free at leisure till transferring to airport for your flight home. End of your Vietnam food tour.
