After lunch, you will visit the Cu Chi Tunnels which is 70km North West of down town of Saigon. The Cu Chi Tunnels system was created around 1948 to assist Viet Minh in their combat with the French. Building continued over the next 25 years until it was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been opened up for visitors. Return to Saigon for your overnight stay..

Free at leisure till transferring back to Saigon and then take a connecting flight to Hanoi. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

You will take a full day tour of Hanoi inlcuding Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, visit a traditional Hanoi ‘s Old House. Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature or the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. Overnight in Hanoi.

Transfer to Halong Bay, where is one of the highlighted cruise tours in Vietnam. On arrival, sip on a refreshing welcome drink upon check in before beginning cruise through the bay. Feast on a delicious lunch as cruising among hundreds of islets (Dinh Huong islet, Ga Choi – Fighting Cock islet, Dog islet, Finger islet, etc.) to discover unspoiled pockets of Halong Bay and visit Sung Sot cave, one of the most imposing grottos of the Bay. Swim at Soi Sim beach or Titov beach or a short trek to the top of Titov mountain for a magnificent panorama scenery. After visiting Amazing cave, take a kayak from Soi Sim beach to Luon Cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay (or from Bo Nau cave, to Soi Sim beach to TiTov). Enjoy your dinner with fresh seafood on board. Squid fishing or relax on your own. Overnight on boat.

For early risers complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and cake are served. Visit Luon cave on small bamboo boat paddle by out crew staff and enjoy the quiet atmosphere enclosed by high islets and mountains. Be back to our Huong Hai Junk. Sail past rock formations such as Man’s Head islet, Tortoise islet, Butterfly cave, Lion islet, Bai Tho mountain, enjoy the tranquil scenery as the boat meanders its way through the bay on the way back to Ha Long city, etc. Arrange your luggage and do the check out on board at around 9.00 am. Enjoy lunch as boat weaving through strange-shaped limestone rock formations. Arrive back at Ha Long city for disembarkation, return to Hanoi for your overnight stay.
