The Yang Bay waterfall is about a hundred meters above sea level and is the head spring of Cai River. It consists of several falls which merge lower down before making a final 10-meter plunge into a pool more than a meter deep with sand and stones on the bottom as fishes swim under the clear water. The water cascades from high above and makes its way through forest and over rocks as it descends into the valley. Besides swimming and lying on the rocks, visitors can stroll around, go cycling, camp out, and of course eat at the restaurant which serves up delicacies like stewed queen termites with medicinal herbs, roast or grilled boar meat, rice in bamboo, and jar wine. Start from your hotel in Nha Trang at 9.00 am and travel by car to Yangbay Waterfall on the south road. Visit Long Son Pagoda & Dien Khanh Citadel on the way. On arrival at Yangbay Waterfall, you will see some activities of farmers, ethnic minority people, crocodile farms and join yourself with nature, water, bird singing at the waterfall. After relaxing for a while, back to the 300 years- old country house which named “ Memento Country Home” for pinic lunch box or having lunch there while experiencing the real country atmosphere with some special activities on the site.
