Hanoi

Cooking Class at Hoa Sua School
The Hoa Sua School is a vocational school for disadvantaged children. To cover training costs for students, the school runs several business ventures such as catering services, shops, restaurants and instructional cooking classes. By cooking here, travelers lend a hand as some of the proceeds are used for the benefit of disadvantaged children. A cooking demonstration in the kitchen will give participants a chance to get involved. After the class, they will enjoy a lunch meal of all the different dishes prepared during the demonstration.

Hue

Cooking Class at Thuy Bieu Eco Village
This full-day excursion is the perfect combination of cultural and culinary experience! Guest will start with a boat trip to Dong Ba Market to shop for the ingredients and visit the famous Thien Mu Pagoda. Afterwards they continue by boat to the Thuy Bieu Eco Village. But before they learn how to prepare a typical Hue dish, they can stroll around the village and talk with an incense-making family about their daily life. Finally guests will enjoy an excellent massage by performed by Blind but well-trained local people!

Hoian

Cooking Class at Tra Que Village
This cooking class experience starts with a pick up by bike at the hotel. After a short market visit your clients will cycle through lovely scenery onward to the vegetable village of Tra Que, just on the edge of Hoi An. Here they can watch the local farmers working on their fields and learn about the local vegetables before they start their cooking class with fresh ingredients from the village – an authentic and especially tasty experience!

Cooking Class at Ancient House River Resort Hoi An
The tour begins with a boat ride from Ancient House River Resort to the lovely Noi Rang market, which is located in the rural outskirts of Hoi An. After shopping for fresh ingredients at the market, clients return by boat to the hotel and learn how to prepare a Vietnamese dish under the supervision of the chef. After lunch, clients will be transferred back to their hotel.

Saigon

Half-day Cooking Class at Saigon Culinary Art Center
This hands-on cooking course is conducted by a professional chef and translated by an emcee, who will talk about the history and culture of Vietnamese cuisine. The lesson includes a market visit and lunch. After lunch guests will receive a cooking handbook, souvenir gift, and a certificate of completion from the chef.
